COURSE DETAILS FOR SCHOOL OF LAW

Graduate course : BA LLB ( Eligibilty: 10+ 2 ) ( MH-CET Law) All courses are affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) & Bar Council of India (BCI)

BA LLB (Criteria as per SPPU)

A candidate must pass H.S.C (10+2) examination (conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education)

Open Category:

In case of general category applicants candidate must secure minimum 45% of the total marks
Reserved Category: In case of SC and ST applicants, candidate must secure minimum 40% of the total marks

Reserved Category:

In case of SC and ST applicants, candidate must secure minimum 40% of the total marks

Mandatory Requirements

All students must attend CET exam and obtain a CAP allocation letter from CET Cell

CET Eligibility

- To get admission to B.A.LL.B five years Course, the eligibility is: 10+2.
- Plus mandatory MHCET LAW entrance non zero sum result

Additional Rules for LAW Admissions at KSS:

1. Admissions to the B.A L.L. B and L.L.B will be done as per the rules of the CET cell of the State of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University.

2. It is mandatory for every student to attend at least 75% of total lectures held in each term in the college, as per Ordinance No. 68 of the University of Pune as well as Bar Council of India.

3. Strict Disciplinary Action will be taken against students indulging in any kind of Ragging activity (as defined by ‘The Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999’) inside or outside the college.

4. Law courses taught in the college are Professional Courses and Students must wear dress code appropriately for the same. Shorts, short tops, short skirts and bermudas, jeans are not allowed. Teacher’s instructions in this respect shall be followed.

5. Students must wear Identity card around their neck when in college premises

Documents Submission at KSS for LAW ADMISSION:

  1. Class 10th or equivalent Examination Marksheet & Certificate for age proof
  2. Class 12th or equivalent Examination Marksheet & Certificate.
  3. Graduation or equivalent Examination Marksheet & Certificate.
  4. Transfer certificate from Institute last attended
  5. Caste certificate from Competent Authority (If applicable)
  6. Migration Certificate for Students of others State and other University
